Starting out as a photographer, Cindy Bissig's creative journey has really just begun in 2021. A chance encounter changed not just how she looked at photography as an art form, but also made her realize that this is what she wanted to pursue as a creative and as a professional.

Fast forward, she is now working as a professional photographer with photos published for many publications including the Japan Times, Savyy Tokyo, Lee Magazine and Tokyo Art Beat to name just a few. She has exhibited her work in Tokyo and Kyoto and has had a show at the International Photography Festival Kyotographie as part of KG+. A huge part of her work is connected to the sake industry as well as events and portraits and her personal "Japan Project".
